Responsible for the data clean-up process through data archival. Approves the building, testing and validation of clinical databases. Coordinates the receipt and processing of information for projects (e.g., coding dictionaries) as well as electronic data received from specialty grou! ps utilized on projects. Responsible for the creation of CDM Project Plan (operating procedures) for assigned projects. Thorough and broad knowledge of the data management process and the ability to perform all required tasks.   Skill Set :   Ability to work on multidisciplinary project teams with multiple priorities. Fundamental knowledge of the drug development and clinical trial process with an understanding of the roles, tasks, and activities for which Clinical Data Managers assume responsibilities. Knowledgeable of regulatory guidelines (e.g., GCP, 21 CFR Part 11), Society for Clinical Data Management Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP), Guidance Document for Computer Systems Used in Clinical Trials, and the company's interpretation of the guidelines. Experience in various phases of clinical trials with full project life cycle experience. Knowledge of! clinical coding dictionaries and encoding systems (e.g., MeDRA, WHODRUG). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to facilitate communications with project team members, other vendors and sponsor organizations   Qualification:   Position requires a Masters Degree, preferrably in a Life Science, Computer Science or related discipline. Candidate/incumbent is preferred to have a minimum of 5 years experience in working with clinical trials data. Candidate/incumbent will be familiar with the data management process.
