1. Complete the registration form and submit it at the centre in your state and send copy by email to support@cliniminds.com
2. If you do not have Cliniminds centre in your state, kindly register at Cliniminds New Delhi centre only or register online at www.cliniminds.com
3. Make all the payments by cheque or bank draft in favour of 'Tenet Health Edutech Pvt. Ltd.' and ask for official acknowledgement.
4. In the case of Cash Deposits always ask for provisional payment receipt from the respective centre.
5. Final computerised receipt would be issued only by Cliniminds New Delhi - Head Office for all payments upon credit of payment in the account.
6. Receipts would be sent via email and by post.
7. If you are depositing payment directly into the THEPL's bank account, kindly send us the scanned copy of the stamped deposit slip, along with your registration details, in order to track the payments. This information could be sent email at support@cliniminds.com or Fax : +91 11 3028 7802.
8. You could also make the payment by credit or debit card via www.cliniminds.com , using secured payment gateway. Given below are the Online Payment Guidelines.
9. Always ask for the Computerised Cliniminds Payment Receipt. If you have not received the Computerised Receipt, please contact support@cliniminds.com or at your registration centre and provide all your payment details.
10. In case of payment by cheque, bank draft or credit/debit card, receipt would be issued upon credit of the payment only. Acknowledgement would be issued at the time of receipt of the payment. All computerised receipts are issued by the Cliniminds Delhi - Head Office only.
11. Online Registration Confirmation, username and password would be sent to your registered personal Id, if you have been enrolled for the program. This would provide you the access to the Online Learning System. Using Online Learning System is mandatory for all the students. This would also allow you to receive continuous course updates, notifications, job opportunities and other information.

1. Click over the option Course, Fee & Registration link.
2. Select the COURSES OR WORKSHOPS.
3. Select the course and learning mode.
4. Click over selected course check box.
5. End of the page you would find New User click here option. Click that option.
6. You would find registration form. Fill this form and select the payment mode.
7. After the selection of the payment mode you will be taken to secure web-page, where you can make payment through credit card, ATM cum Debit Card, Intrnet enabled bank account, Pay Mate Mobile Pay, ITZ cash card.

1. Online access to the program would be provided upon credit of the payment in THEPL's bank account.
2. In the normal course it takes between 3 - 5 days to receive the credit.
3. Username, password and other course information would be sent on your registered email id.
4. Printed course material would be despatched within 12 working days. It takes 2 - 4 days for the couriers to deliver the packages depending upon the city to city.
