Prominent speakers from clinical research and pharmaceutical
industry shared their experiences and knowledge with the participants on the
above topics.
Participants included number of clinicians, investigators,
potential investigators, clinical research associates and other clinical
research professionals from the leading hospitals, CROs and pharmaceutical
companies like Sun Pharma; Ranbaxy; Torrent Pharma; Panacea Biotec; Rajeev
Gandhi Cancer Institute; Neeman International, All India Institute of Medical
Sciences and other organizations.
At the end of the workshops all participants were evaluated
through group discussion and written test.
Dr. Arani Chatterjee, General Manager – Clinical Research,
Panacea Biotec awarded the participants with the Certificates and discussed
with them the opportunities, challenges and issues faced by the Indian clinical
research industry.
The next ICH GCP Workshop on Clinical Research has been
scheduled for 10th -11th May (Saturday and Sunday) at New Delhi.
